• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems• Make recommendations for future upgrades• Maintain network and system security• Provide Tier III support in troubleshooting, analyze and isolate issues• Monitor networks to ensure security• Evaluate system’s performance• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security• Ensure network connectivity throughout the company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is efficient• Maintain network servers such as file servers, and VPN gateways• Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches• Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together• Administer and maintain Microsoft/Office 365, Windows, and SQL servers. Manage additional projects/ tasks as assigned by the Chief Technology Officer
